How much bulk store chocolate do I need to substitute 1 pkg of Baker’s Chocolate.?
I am making a large batch of bark and want to substitute with bulk store chocolate (it’s cheaper in price and same quality). Any ideas on amount I need?
Just use the amount the recipe calls for. Chocolate is chocolate. The only difference would be in the sugar content, which you can add to.
