Can you do the saltwater flush with sugar?
I hate the taste of saltwater, I can’t even gulp it all down. I was wondering could you do it with sugar instead?
nope. salt detoxifies you. sugar is just calories, so theres not much point.
if you are trying to do it to lose weight by detoxing, try going on a ‘lemon and honey’ flush instead.
