Fur Leech
My cat has this leech like thing on her fur…?
My mom just found this thing on her fur. Its not actual leeches though. Its like moles that humans get or something. We’re taking her to the vet tomorrow right when it opens. But will she be okay? Does anyone even know what I’m talking about lol? I just want to make sure she’ll be okay and to know what it is. My mom says when she was little on her farm they would find it on animals and just pick it off. She said humans never got it, only animals.
if it’s an insect, sounds like a wood tick. they attach themselves to the skin and suck the blood of the ‘victim’. they can grow to huge sizes too, and are brownish in color
if it’s a sore, it might be an absess, like a really big zit that needs to be treated and drained
